I received my BSN from Indiana State University and my Masters degree from IUPUI. I have certifications in both adult health (NP-C) and oncology (AOCNP). I have been a nurse since 1993 when I graduated from Ivy Tech State College as an LPN (formerly Indiana Vocatinal Technical College). Patricia Fischer, NP
I am a nurse practitioner employed in cardiology with Clarian Arnett in Lafayette. My background was intensive care/critical care staff nursing, nurse specialist, and unit manager. I also have experience with cardiac and pulmonary rehabitation. Until recently my practice had been cardiac outpatients. When the hospital opened in Oct I am now seeing inpatients for cardiology as well. I am involved with CHF management, pacemaker clinic, and lipid program. I have a diploma in nursing from Springfield, Mo. My BSN and MSN are from Purdue.

Margaret Pahmier, MSN, CPNP
I am a graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing, with my BSN, MSN, and Clinical Specialist in Primary Health Care. I have been an RN since 1974 and a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1980. I have worked as a PNP in primary health care at Caylor-Nickel Clinic in Bluffton, IN since 1980. I am a long time member of the Wells County Child Abuse Team. I also have taught pediatrics in the MSN/FNP program at the Univeristy of St. Francis in Ft. Wayne, IN since 1999. 260-456-8319

Colleen Ciampa, MN
I graduated with my BSN from Florida State University, MN as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from UCLA, and post masters as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from IU. I have been in professional nursing for 36 years, 31 of which have been in advanced practice. My career has been varied, but I have lived and worked the last 14 years in Indiana in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dee Swanson, MSN
Diana (Dee) Swanson is the President of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Chair of the Fellows Think Tank on the Medical Home concept entitled "Nurse Practitioners: Promoting Access to Coordinated Primary Health Care". She is an item writer and test constructionist for the AANP Adult and Family Nurse Pracitioner certification exams.
She served on the quality and certification committees of Precision Health Network, and currently serves as a member of the Volunteers in Medicine of Monroe Conty Quality committee and the Joint Commissions's PTAC for Critical Access Hospitals. She is a full time Family Nurse Practitioner in a rural family practice in Nashville, Indiana and sees over 4,000 patient visits per year. She has been a NP for 17 years, a nurse for 34 years.
She is a founding member of CAPNI and has served as the first elected president the organization. She has been the Legislative chair of CAPNI for the past 6 years, working closely with lobbyist Doug Kinser to develop relationships with the state legislature and other regulatory agencies as well as other professional organizations. 812-333-4564
